Frenchie,  Pierre-Antoine Grison aka Krazy Baldhead, has been my chill out night music lately. Neither of these are my fave songs on his 2012 album, but they are the songs that they made videos to. One is a day in the life of a pinwheel and the other is a weirdo party with a Little Buddha. Go figure. He's Krazy Baldhead.

Catpower- Lived In Bars

I have seen Chan Marshall perform in several environments, from a shoebox bar where the patrons sat cross-legged on the floor waiting for her, to a piano performance she did wearing a wig to cover her face the entire time, or huge gatherings with throngs of people focused on her lilting, tumbling, passionate vocals. She is, hands down, one of the most incredible singer/songwriters of our time.
